ECA (European Coach Association) Dipl. Syst. certified Coach supporting people in career and life transition. Growing up in a multi-cultural, and at time difficult environment, shaped my interest for the concept of resilience. Therefore, my coaching passion is based on my interest for people of different cultures and their individual resilient way to deal with change.

With over 15 years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry, I often dealt with challenging goals and difficult market situations. Words as resilience, innovation, collaboration, motivation and leadership shaped my daily work with cross-functional teams. 

On top of my ECA Syst. Degree I hold a MAS in “Systemic Coaching and Organizational Consulting”, as well as an MBA in “Personal Leadership and Management”. 

Regardful, respectful and resources-oriented process support is very important to me in handling my clients. My attended courses in solution-oriented traumatology help me to round up my profile. Clients have the freedom in a safe environment to search and find solutions for their concerns.
